The entrance to the villa is impressive, two spacious sitting areas in the living room, a large 12-seating dining room table and a den and guest powder room are located on the entrance level. A chef’s kitchen with a Sub-Zero refrigerator, gas burners, an island for breakfast with bar stools and it is possible to eat on a patio adjacent to the kitchen. The villa has five large bedrooms with quality beds, each of the bedrooms is en-suite with nice bathrooms, closets and ample storage space and TV screens. The lower level has an open space with a ping pong table and darts, gym, sauna and a playroom. Internal elevator, comfortable laundry facilities with two washing machines and a dryer.
